Here are some important updates with GALLAY as we approach 2026. Please read the following points carefully!
Shipping for Christmas and New Year 2026
Our last shipping day this year is December 23, 2025. All orders received by us on 12/23/25 until about 1 pm Will be shipped the same day.
ATTENTION! SHIPPING is NOT possible from December 24, 2025 to January 11, 2026! Reasons are the holidays and the move of our company to a new location. Please be prepared for this interruption with your offers in your shop and marketplaces. Dropshipping is not possible during this time. Our first day of shipping in the new year is Monday, January 12th.

Returns after Christmas
We strongly recommend that all returns after Christmas be sent directly to the above-mentioned NEW ADDRESS. Any parcel shipments sent to our old address will otherwise be returned to you.
All returns from dropshipping deliveries received by us from 02.01.26 will not be credited to you until the end of January. We kindly ask for your patience during this time. No return will be forgotten.
Adjustments shipping fees from 2026
We will have to slightly increase our dropshipping and also the 'normal' shipping fees abroad from 2026. Please take a look at the following pages after Christmas:

Dropshipping shipping damage
Gold and silver items are occasionally damaged during shipping with DHL. Sturdy jewelry boxes provide protection against shipping damage. Therefore, starting in 2026, please order a jewelry box with every gold or silver jewelry item. Affordable and durable boxes, such as item number 00205, cost less than 1 euro from us. For this reason, beginning in 2026, we will only ship dropshipping orders containing gold or silver jewelry with a sturdy jewelry box. If no jewelry box is ordered for an item, we will have to charge it to you subsequently for dropshipping orders.
Withdrawal of packaging
From 2026 onwards, we can only credit returned jewelry packaging if it is in perfect condition and shows no signs of wear. Otherwise, resale as new is not possible for us.
VAT on dropshipping consignments abroad
From 2026 onwards, we will generally always charge German VAT for dropshipping deliveries abroad, even if you have a proven valid VAT ID. Only in this way will the accounting effort remain manageable for us.
PayPal is gone
The method of payment PayPal will no longer be available in our shop as of December 22, 2025. There are several reasons for this. For example, it is no longer acceptable for us for PayPal to contribute a percentage of our sales. Please use real-time transfers (instant payment) through your bank account for payments to us starting in 2026. Thank you very much!
Reorders of jewelry items
We would appreciate it if you could provide us with suggestions on which jewelry items we should reorder in 2026. Of course, we have our statistics on best-selling products, but your recommendations are equally valuable to us.
CSV4YOU - Change of ownership
Once again, the note: CSV4YOU will be continued by new owners from 01.01.26. Mr. David Bellmann is leaving our company at the end of the year and is no longer available as a technician and support for CSV4YOU. However, all GALLAY CSV files will continue to be available for download on csv4you.com in 2026. If you have any questions, please use the ticket section on csv4you.com.

Although it has been around for many years, we never really used it - our Telegram channel 'GALLAY Jewelry & Data Service'. Now we have published the channel again. You can reach it under:

From now on we will provide there all news and other important information about our jewellery offerings on www.gallay.eu. This channel is in German but we will occasionally write information in English there as well.

24.11.2020 Dropshipping - changes from December 1, 2020
Today we would like to inform you about a few important changes, which will take effect from December 1, 2020. It concerns the shipping terms for our Dropshipping (DS) business area. The adjustments will affect our DS shipments to countries outside Germany, as well as the limit for minimum quantity surcharges.
Dropshipping - Shipments abroad
From 01.12.2020 we will only ship DS orders to abroad through DHL Premium delivery. The cost per shipment with DHL will be 12 Euro. For the case that our actual shipping cost adds up to more than 12 Euro, we will use Deutsche Post International Postal Services instead. The cost for your shipments abroad will remain 12 Euro in both cases.
The reason for this change is our enormous manual time investment with the shipping condition Deutsche Post International Postal Services, which we are not able to compensate for during these busy months of the year.
We will presumably reverse to our previous shipping conditions from February 2021.
Dropshipping - Minimum quantity surcharge
The upper limit for the minimum quantity surcharge will be 10 EURO from December 1, 2020. This means, the minimum quantity surcharge of 2 Euro will apply for all DS orders up to 10 Euro net value.
